Spindles for brushing by Mannesmann Demag for your robot

The unit combines a tool changer which is a quick change chuck. It allows to change a special tool holder insert with a collet and a tool by a robot. The tool holder with inserted brush is locked into or unlocked directly from the holding bracket without an intermediate step which saves time and space.

Tools with higher wear such as brushes or mounted points can be changed by a robot automatically without any worker being involved (or also manually).

This saves costs and down time of automated process.
